INGREDIENTS

INTAKE INSTRUCTIONS
DURING HIGHER PEAKS OF PERFORMANCE:
Take 1-3 Tablets per hour. To further support take 2-3 Tablets before and after physical performance.
TRAINING-FREE DAYS:
Take 3 to 4 times daily 2 to 3 Tablets. The Tablets can be chewed, swallowed whole with a liquid or solved and drunk in a big glass of water /juice. You can take up to 12 tablets a day.
